Anitech are reprising last year’s highly successful Seiko watch promotion - again.
The promotion offers users the opportunity to win one of ten Seiko watches just by booking and viewing a demonstration of a Seiko ColorPainter mild solvent printer at any Anitech showroom.
Clients who arrange and watch a demonstration of a Seiko ColorPainter printer during the months of March and April 2011 will go into the draw for one of the ten Seiko watches. Anyone purchasing a Seiko machine during the competition period will go into a further draw to win a Seiko ‘Classic’ watch. All prizes will be drawn at the Anitech stand on Friday May 6th during the PrintEx 11/Visual Impact Image Expo 2011 being held at the Sydney Convention and exhibition Centre from 4 to 6 May.
The major prize is a Seiko Classic watch whose unique design utilises the Seiko Quartz movement. The watch, which has a three year battery life is equipped with a curved glass and a stainless steel case, a screw back stop watch function and fitted with the tachymeter lumi bright system

The Seiko ColorPainter printer range
The Seiko ColorPainter series of machines has three size configurations, the V64, the H-74s and the H-104s at roll widths of 64, 74 and 104 inches respectively. Each unit comes crammed with a host of features with both the 74s and 104s models offering an 8 colour ink set that provides smooth graduations and highest image quality, while the 4 colour mode boosts print speed to 100sqm/hr with excellent print density. Couple this with the high frequency inkjet heads with multi-drop technology and you have a system that permits extremely high speed printing. Multiple media types are handled with a combination of automatic print head height adjustments and selectable pinch roller pressure plus the machine will handle bulk media rolls with weights up to 120kg.
For 24/7 print capability the ColorPainter H-104s and H-74s carry 1.5 litre capacity ink reservoir and sub tank systems for each colour so you will never have to fear an ink run out when the machine is unattended.
Both the models offer a balance between high speed printing and image quality by using the Smart Pass technology which optimises pass-to-pass dot placement and alignment resulting in smooth gradients and spot colour reproduction. Graduations are further enhanced with the use of gray and light gray inks making it possible to print light shadows and metallic texture, something that can’t be done with composite colour systems.
A number of options are available for safety and environmental enhancements plus a mesh printing kit which enables the ColorPainter H-7s and H-104s to be easily converted to a mesh media printer.
