Product Distribution Australia Pty Ltd (PDA) have announced the expansion of their Vivex printer range with the addition of the DYSS Apollo Hybrid and Pure Flatbed printers.

With this fourth generation of printers we have high speed 8pl print heads that can operate with Solvent, Ecosolvent, UV and Dyesub inks, add to this the ability to configure up to 16 fast print heads each with 362 nozzles and any multiples of C,M,Y,K,Lc,Lm,W and Clear.

PDA’s Vivex roll to roll printer technology is now available as full solvent, eco solvent, LED UV cured and also dye sublimation.

Scott continued, “Hundreds of these printers having been sold around the world and the print technology is also embedded in several major OEM brands.”

The machines are available in widths of 1900, 2600 and 3300mm.

The Vivex range now also includes affordable UV flatbeds printers for those companies making their first digital moves away from traditional screen printing. These Flatbeds offer high resolution and high production. They are currently available as 500x600mm and 1400x1900 tables, mores sizes will be available mid 2011.

The Apollo UV Series of printers and X7 cutters are manufactured by one of the world’s premium screen printing equipment manufacturers, DYSS of South Korea. Scott said that this company epitomises the ultimate in engineering quality and precision. They compete head to head with the best European manufacturers.

The Apollo UV series of Hybrid and Pure Flatbed printers come in sizes from 1600 to 3200mm wide.

Build quality and performance have allowed DYSS to win sales to major companies, like LG Electronics, 24 flatbeds printing TV facia panels 4 up in a continuous manufacturing process allowing loading and unloading with no interruption to printing.
