The new PrintEx11 website has gone live, giving a comprehensive resource and powerful planning tool to help make the most of the big 2011 show.

As well as carrying details of the show, the website,  www.printex.net.au, will focus on the ‘Think Print & Design’, a theme which will feature strongly at PrintEx11, and will provide information to a range of different visitor categories outlining in detail the benefits and advantages of print and why PrintEx11 is a ‘must see’ event.

PrintEx_Splash_FINALMitch Mulligan, Chairman of the PrintEx11 Board, says the website is an important resource allowing exhibitors and visitors to prepare their attendance in detail, while at the same time maximising the event’s role as a ‘platform’ to promote print.
“PrintEx11 will be one of the most comprehensive print and graphic communications exhibitions ever staged in Sydney.  The event will be further strengthened by the opportunity to also see the Visual Impact Image Expo, which is co-locating with PrintEx11 at Darling Harbour,” Mulligan explains.

“Importantly, PrintEx11 also provides an important opportunity for us to come together as an industry to promote print to the wider community.

“The PrintEx11 website has been designed to ensure that visitors across the entire spectrum, from designers and agencies, to marketers, corporate print buyers and, of course, print service providers themselves, have everything they’ll need to get the most from their visit.”

The new website, which features the vibrant graphic elements which characterise all marketing for the event, is set to be the central source of information for exhibitors and visitors.

It will include an exhibitor list with stand information and a detailed floor plan, a list of events to diarise (including information, to be released in the new year, on topics and speakers for the much-anticipated Forum Series), important information on travel and accommodation options, FAQs to assist both exhibitors and visitors and all the latest media releases. Over the coming months, there will also be a special section for exhibitors, providing access the exhibitor manual and other key information they’ll need to maximise the value of their participation at PrintEx11.

“The website will provide exhibitors and visitors with a central source of information and contacts to allow them to plan their time effectively and ensure they don’t miss a single opportunity which is relevant to them and their business,” Mulligan says.

“Obviously, there will be much more information released over the coming months and we’ll be updating and expanding the website regularly to keep pace with developments, as well as introducing online tools like visitor registration closer to the event.”

PrintEx11 will be held from 4-6 May at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour.
