HP at PrintWorks – HP Graphic Solutions and Media on Display
A comprehensive range of applications produced across the HP Graphic Arts Portfolio - HP Indigo, HP Designjet and HP Scitex – and on a variety of HP media, will be displayed at PrintWorks on the HP stand I1.

Shane Lucas, Director, HP Graphic Arts South Pacific said HP’s exhibit at PrintWorks was designed to attract both Print Service Providers (PSPs) and print buyers. “We are showcasing an innovative range of applications that can be produced using HP digital printers on HP media. This range demonstrates the versatility of digital printing and features some of the latest innovations including interior design applications, indoor and outdoor signage solutions and direct marketing communication pieces”.

HP at VIIE
HP channel partners CPI, GBC, and Celmac will demonstrate the HP Latex Ink Technology range of printers as well as the new HP Scitex flatbed printers including the HP Scitex FB700 and the HP Scitex FB500.

Making its Australian trade show debut, the HP Scitex LX800, released at Ipex this year, is the largest printer in the HP Latex Ink Technology range at 3.2m wide.  CPI will demonstrate this printer along with the HP Designjet L25500 with HP Latex Ink Technology and HP’s new industrial flatbed printer the HP Scitex FB700.

GBC will also display the HP Designjet L25500 as well as the HP Designjet L65500. Celmac will feature the newly released entry-level flatbed printer, the HP Scitex FB500 along with the HP Designjet L25500.

Lucas said both VIIE and PrintWorks gave PSPs a valuable opportunity to not only view the latest production printers and solutions from HP, but to also bring their customers along to the show. “When you see the breadth of products that can be created with HP digital printing technology you begin to understand the potential for the digital print market; it is enormous”.

On Display for the First Time
HP Scitex LX800
The HP Scitex LX800 is HP’s first industrial large-format signage printer (3.2m) that uses HP Latex Inks. This new printer with an environmental profile superior to solvent printing systems allows PSPs to capture new revenue streams as they are now able to offer environmentally conscious customers stunning outdoor/ indoor applications such as POP (point of purchase) displays, light boxes and vehicle wraps, while keeping the environment in mind.

HP Scitex FB500 and FB700
PSPs can now speed up delivery of their orders with the new UV-curable HP Scitex FB500 (1.6m) and FB700 (2.5m) printers. Both printers deliver print jobs quickly with an efficient workflow that loads, prints and collects media simultaneously. Additionally, PSPs can grow their business by targeting new applications as both these printers are able to print virtually on any rigid or flexible(1) substrate.
