Roland DG has announced a Value-Up update for the VersaUV printer/cutters.
"In appreciation of our LEC-330 and LEC-300 customers' continued loyalty and support, we are pleased to provide a substantial upgrade free of charge" said John Wall, Sales and Marketing Manager at Roland DG Australia. "It's our way of showing customers our gratitude and our commitment to partnering with businesses everywhere to deliver the ultimate in quality, value and performance."
The free VersaUV Upgrade Service enables current LEC-330 and LEC-300 customers to increase productivity by (1) additional support for the "take-up system" for pullback printing on high-volume jobs; and (2) adding a user-friendly Media Setting Menu. These benefits were realised thanks to the feedback and requests from users of our VersaUV Series.
Features of the free upgrade
1. Additional support for the "take-up system" for print & cut and pullback printing - the take-up system now collects pullback printing, such as high-volume Print & Cut jobs or Gloss/Matte printing, automatically for unattended production. The take up is now more efficient after the print and cut has finished. The take up is automatically and continuously performed through a series of operations such as print, pullback, cut or gloss/matte printing.
2. [Media Setting] Menu - A new [Media Setting] menu has been added that guides the settings in the interactive mode to ensure an optimal output according to the media size and type. With this menu, you can now adjust all of the basic settings using the instructions on the display.
The exciting new VersaUV LEC-540 and the LEC-330 will be on display at Visual Impact Image Expo, September 20-22, Darling Harbour Sydney.
