Tuesday next week will see the the start of a weekly Classified ad email broadcast, it will be combined with the Survey and Reminder newsletter.
Since Monday is Easter Monday, we will combine our new Classified Ad email broadcast with the regular Survey and Reminder Newsletter that goes out each Monday.
Subject to the volume of Classified ads that we carry, we may combine the two broadcasts or introduce a seperate one on Tuesdays.
The reason we are keen to start a Classified Ad email broadcast is that whilst many of the free classified ads that we carry generate a good response not all of our advertisers achieve success for a variety of reasons.
The free ads on our online magazine are called 'passive ads' meaning readers have to come to the advertising message and let's face it, not everyone bothers. "Active ads' on the other hand are those where the advertiser goes to the reader and puts the message onto his desktop.
This is the basis of the new service - a weekly email broadcast for those advertisers who have not had much success to date with the free advertising and also for those people that want to urgently dispose of 2nd hand equipment or rapidly recruit a new staff member. The new service is available for any such requirement.
If you trying to sell some equipment, or trying to recruit the right person then give this new service a go, it's cheap and whilst we cannot give guarantees, it is far more likely to yield a response for you than the free listings.
Suppliers, if you have trade in equipment or marked down stock or perhaps an upcoming auction, you too can use this service. However please bear in mind that this service should not be used to promote your regular portfolio of products.
