EFI has signed a distribution agreement with iMedia for the new entry-level Rastek H700 UV Hybrid Flatbed Printer.

Terry Crawford, EFI’s Sales Development Manager for wide format solutions in ANZ said the decision to go with iMedia was based on iMedia’s understanding of the small to medium display market as well as its national scope.

“iMedia supplies a wide range of products that serve the sign and display market. As the H700 is aimed at producers of point of purchase, display graphics, banners and indoor/outdoor signage looking for great quality at speeds of up to 30m2 per hour, iMedia is an ideal sales partner,” said Crawford.

He continued, “We are excited that screen printers and digital solution companies across Australia will have ready access to the H700 due to the planned expansion of iMedia beyond Victoria following its recent acquisition by PaperlinX.”

The recently launched H700 hybrid (roll-to-roll and flatbed) machine is a 1,200dpi, 1.8m wide machine that has been extensively re-engineered to meet EFI’s quality and reliability requirements. It is one of EFI’s three Rastek UV Printer models.
