The Visual Media Association (VMA) has announced its Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 31st July 2024 at 11 am AEST. Members wishing to attend the AGM should register their interest by Registering Online before Monday 29th July 2024.
Members who are unable to attend the meeting are entitled to nominate a proxy using a Proxy Voting Form which can also be found online with the Member Notice. All members are encouraged to attend.
The AGM will feature Office Bearers' addresses from the Hon. Treasurer, Rodney Frost of The Lamson Group, and CEO, Kellie Northwood, as
VMA Hon. Treasurer Rodney Frost well as an open forum for Member engagement. Attendees will have the opportunity for discussion and input, as well as voting rights on the 2023 Financials, which reflect a strong performance to revenue growth. Consolidation of the two Associations from the 2022 merger is reflected in the 2023 Financials, realising a 167% revenue increase. Overall membership growth, including merged member de-duplication realised 8% or 12% increase in direct new membership.
A quorum across the country is required to accept the Financials with national representation across each state. Members can log in to the website and access a copy of the statutory financial statements to be presented by the Board at the meeting via the Members Lounge:
