We understand that many customers have expressed concerns with regards to ongoing supply of product, and whether in fact the recent commentary regarding the closure of businesses relates to Graphic Art Mart.

I would like to reinforce that in line with all State and Federal Government direction, all Graphic Art Mart locations will continue to operate under their normal trading conditions. Furthermore, I would also like to reaffirm that we have significant stock holdings at all of our nine locations nationally and have taken measures to ensure continuity of supply for all major product lines. Whilst some stockouts of your favourite product may still occur, our sales and customer service teams are available and ready to support you to find an appropriate solution.

In the interests of protecting the wellbeing of your business and its employees, our External Sales teams and Business Development Managers will continue to refrain from customer site visits unless specifically requested by our customers. Should you require a physical site visit from any of our team members we will accommodate wherever possible upon your invitation only. In addition, and for the safety of yourself and our employees, we highly recommend that all phone orders be placed in advance so they can be prepared in a timely manner for collection. Furthermore, and in line with the recommended social distancing and hygiene protocols, please observe safe practices when collecting goods from any of our locations.

In line with our focus on limiting contact, as of Tuesday the 24th March, we will be moving to a cashless transaction model. As such, cash payments will no longer be accepted. The use of credit cards is now commonplace and provides all parties increased protection against infection. Please keep this in mind when collecting your order.
