Mimaki's full-colour 3D printing technology is really coming of age. To celebrate 50 years of the UK soap opera Emmerdale, the producers wanted a TV trailer featuring actual cast members during a wild storm in the village. Memjet's spiritual home is Sydney, Australia where Kia Silverbrook and his team developed the first MEMS printhead technology from the late 1990s to early 2000s, amassing thousands of patents along the way.
