World premiere for the wallpaper portfolio „Green Wall“ and own-produced laminators
Original easy dot-family with more products to meet every need
Laminating machines from in-house production
Virtual journey of discovery for customers

A new, own-produced and sustainable wallpaper product, new laminators “Made by Neschen“ and films from the original easy dot-family: Neschen AG, a leading company for state-of-the-art self-adhesive products and high-quality coated media,  presents these highlights at FESPA in Amsterdam (hall 1, booth E 200, from 8 – 11 March 2016). FESPA is the world's most important trade fair for digital and textile printing. “We further optimized our product range and are now even more focused on our customers’ demands and their needs. This is represented in all our innovations and products,“ says Lars Woltermann, head of Corporate Marketing at Neschen. The clear customer focus is also noticeable at the exhibition stand where the extensive Neschen portfolio and the service offers can be experienced in a virtual 3D-reality.
Green alternative of individual wall design
Best example: The extended in-house-produced “Green Wall“ wallpaper product range within the current product campaign Neschen is presenting for the first time to international trade specialists. The PVC-free portfolio complies with the users’ demand for even more sustainable wallpapers. “With our own range we offer our customers environmentally friendly products and we are responsible for the quality of our products from start to finish,“ Woltermann says. Compared to other PVC-free non-woven wallpapers the wallpapers from the “Green Wall” product range „UV print wallpaper 170“, „Neschen performance wallpaper“, „Neschen performance wallpaper stucco“ and „Neschen performance wallpaper linen“ allow different textures up to an overall width of 160 cm. The dimensionally stable and crack-bridging processing ensures exact fit at the seams. Wallpapers of the “Green Wall” product range are extremely durable and allow handling with wallpaper pasting technique.
Bubble-free and crease-free adhesion with the original    easy dot
In order to meet any challenge at the point of sale or at trade fairs Neschen again extended the product range of its bestselling product easy dot. The original easy dot versions “matt”, “clear” and the new product extensions “whiteout” and “transparent” are applied at many elements at the stand at FESPA in Amsterdam. They demonstrate on site the great variety of applications of this unique easy dot-family. The user can apply the film without any bubbles and creases with the Neschen invention of adhesive dot coating. Due to the air ducts easy dot can be repositioned at any time and removed from most surfaces without any residue. Therefore the easy dot products are particularly suitable for short-term events like marketing campaigns or at trade shows. The films can be printed with solvent-based, UV-curable and latex inks.
New laminators “Made by Neschen“
At the Neschen stand the visitors will experience another world premiere with the new own-produced laminators. “In order to satisfy the customers’ demand for a fast and easy service prompted us to take production back in our own hands, parallel to the long-standing and successful sales of Seal Laminators,” Woltermann says. “We are recognized as the coating specialist in the market worldwide. Thus, it makes sense to also offer the suitable hardware.” The centre of the development work which Neschen carried out together with customers was the economic and ergonomic operation and maintenance of the hot and cold laminators. Many of the parts can easily be exchanged and repaired by the customers. Trainings and an extensive after-sales-support are an integral part of the service. Hotlam 1650 TH, exhibited in Amsterdam, laminates twelve metres per minute. “This laminator is unrivalled in its speed,“ says Stephan Liegerer, responsible for laminators at Neschen.
Application examples on the multimedia screen
Virtual 3D-realities at the Neschen stand are showing all products and services as they are used in everyday customer situations. “We see ourselves as a catalyst for our customers‘ creativity,” Woltermann says. “We want the visitors to experience exactly this creativity at our stand.” On a multimedia screen Neschen shows the various possible applications, impressions and visual effects of the print media and protective films with the virtual realities of a car dealer, a loft and a library/museum in a particularly illustrative and realistic way. “With this realistic work environment we want to inspire and inform printers, advertising technicians and creative people,” Woltermann says. Popup windows provide detailed descriptions of the product properties.
