Since spinning off from EFI in January 2023, Fiery has strengthened its postion as the digital front-end (DFE) of choice with the majority of OEM partners in digital imaging. Still sharing parentage with EFI via Siris Capital, drupa 2024 will be the company's first independent showing, plus its DFEs can be seen on multiple other stands.

FieryColour control in print is a major focus for Fiery at drupa. The DFE king aims to help printers everywhere to unlock  'colour superpowers' with its latest innovations, including XF8 for large format printers. Fiery co-existed inside EFI for many years but the separation into an independent company has provided 'respectful arms-length distance' between EFI's wide format printer activities and the many OEM partners who build in Fiery servers and colour management into their workflows.

Features at drupa 2024 include:

  •     Fiery ColorGuard: Effortless color process control
  •     Fiery InkWise: AI-powered ink stock management
  •     Fiery Spot Pro: Advanced tools for complete brand color control
  •     Fiery Color Profiler Suite: Professional color management for everyone
  •     Fiery Graphic Arts Pro Package: Prepress tools to get the job right the first time
  •     Fiery Digital Factory: Featuring patent-pending white ink control
  •     Fiery spectrophotometers: Measure color for precise results

Other drupa stands featuring Fiery's 'colour superpowers' include: Brother, Canon, EFI, Fujifilm, Komori, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Landa, Mimaki, Mutoh, Ricoh, and RISO.

A glaring ommission is Xerox, because it is not exhibiting at drupa 2024 and has just announced the cessation of its own printer manufacturing including the iGen series that stormed into digital printing at drupa 2000.

The Fiery booth at drupa is in Hall 8b stand B10.
