In a statement given to Franchise Business, Chairman Peter Russell said: “Although we’re sad to see Peter leave, we are confident in the significant leadership strength and commitment we have in the team as well as the direction for the brand we have planned for FY20. It is my intention to support them fully whilst a new CEO is sought. Until then, it is very much business as usual.

“We would like to thank Peter for his service to the company over the last two years and wish him well with his future endeavours.”

Sinodinos is now listed on his LinkedIn profile as proprietor of PSSBMC (Peter Sinodinos Business Management Consulting), as of June 2019.

Snap is the oldest and most recognised brand in Australian print franchising, with origins that go back to Perth WA in 1903 as the Watt family’s Imperial Printing Company, who discovered ‘quick printing’ from a trip to the USA in 1966 and employed Paddy Thompson to grow the businesses, turning to franchising in 1979.
