Well-known industry figure Luke Wooldridge has been named national sales manager at Fujifilm’s Graphic Systems (GS) Division.

Wooldridge, formerly territory sales manager NSW & QLD at Eastman Kodak for five years (March 2014 – February 2019), also previously worked with Kayell Australia for nine years as its graphic arts and print specialist.

He’s already started his new role at Fujifilm Australia’s headquarters in Brookvale, Sydney.

“Luke will be responsible for sales of our Graphics Portfolio,” said a statement from Fujifilm.  “Luke comes with many years of experience in the Australian Graphics industry, his previous company being Kodak.”

The well-respected printing industry identity, a former president of the Lithographic Institute of Australia (LIA), will remain as a director of Visual Connections, the print, sign and display industry association.

Former Fujifilm GS national sales manager, Ashley Playford-Browne, has been named its new business manager, Digital Printing Systems.

“Ashley takes on a new role focusing on the sales of equipment related to digital printing,” said Fujifilm. “This encompasses our Wide Format Inkjet (WFIJ), Jet Press and other equipment business, excluding CTP. Ashley's years of sales experience and technical understanding of this market segment stands him in good stead to play to his strengths to our equipment base within the Australian market. Ashley will be reporting into Luke in this new and exciting business management role.”
