As of 1st April 2008 the Sublimation, Flags, Banners and Display side of ColourWorks Textile Printers has been re-branded, and is now called Textiles Alive Printers NZ.

ColourWorks itself will be under new ownership. Wyn Ackerman will be based at Unit 2, 33 Newton Street, Mount Maunganui, and will continue the same quality garment screen-printing service.

textiles alive.jpgThe re-branding to Textiles Alive will reflect the fact that the business focuses on people (staff and customers) as well as processes. Directors Wayne, Wendy and John Heyworth take delight in being a ‘green’ alternative for customer textile printing needs. The dye sublimation printing process uses water based dyes, and the paper used in the production process is recycled.

Textiles Alive are a member of the Sustainable Business Network, and will be constantly reviewing and improving products and production methods. Their alliance with Buy NZ Made recognizes that the printing production takes place on our soil, with our people.
