“I am happy to announce that Celmac are the highest rated channel partner for HP products in the South Pacific region,” said Shaul Costis, HP GSS service manager Australia and New Zealand. “In fact, Celmac are the highest rated channel partner in APJ (Asia Pacific and Japan) for servicing for the third quarter.”

The award was presented to Celmac sales director Rob Skene and digital engineer Aushik Patel at the recent HP Australia Masterclass get together.

Shaul said that in selecting the recipient, several factors were taken into consideration, including customer service delivery and competency of technical service personnel.

Celmac, with over 30 years’ experience in the wide format printer market, has five experienced service engineers, a service coordinator and an experienced colour management capability, including the only Fogra Certified colour specialist in Australia.

“The investment we make in training and supporting our experienced team of engineers is our commitment to customers who place their faith with the company in the first place, to ensure we keep them up-to-date and keep their presses printing,” said Celmac CEO Wayne McIntyre.

“Celmac, who has been with HP Latex since its introduction over ten years ago, is proud to be the partner who installed the very first Latex printer in Australia and continues the tradition of partnership with HP Latex by featuring the new HP Latex R-Series Flat Bed printer in its Technology Centre in Melbourne.”

Celmac installed a new HP Latex R2000 printer in its newly refurbished Technology Centre in Melbourne in August 2018.

The HP Latex R2000, launched this year at FESPA in Berlin, is HP’s first hybrid printer for rigid and flexible sign and display printing in one device. It’s designed for a range of applications and can accommodate materials up to 2.5-metres wide and 5-cm thick.
