Nutec Digital Ink has introduced their Environment Responsible Products (ERP) range of products, which have no hazardous air-polluting substances in the solvents and which are safer for the operator.

With the introduction of their new UV Curable MPX ink series, which is suitable for printing onto a wide selection of self adhesive as well as rigid substrates, Nutec is introducing vehicle wrapping, using its uniquely formulated MPX series.
In addition to the MPX UV Curable ink series, Nutec also manufactures and supplies its Emerald E12 premium Environment Responsible Product (ERP) ink, available in one litre bottles, as well as 500 ml cartridges.
The ERP range has been designed for optimum use in Epson DX4, DX6 and DX7 print heads, as used in printers such as Roland and Mimaki. The Emerald E12 offers a greener solution for those who are committed to preserving the environment, as the volatile vapours emanating from this ink formulation are not classified as hazardous air polluting substances.
This ink offers the highest level of printer stability, ensuring uninterrupted printing for extended periods with very low maintenance requirements thereby increasing productivity. Emerald E12 ink provides excellent media compatibility across a broad range of self-adhesive and flexible substrates. This is mainly due the ink chemistry, which consistently controls the placement of the drop on the media, thereby creating repeatable images from one substrate to the next.
