Arlon Graphics must be doing well because it has announced the commencement of an 18 month project to expand and relocate its manufacturing to an upgraded facility in California.

The new facility increases capacity, improves material flow, and nearly doubles the size of its current location. Arlon is also investing in numerous operational upgrades at the new location including a $7.0 million state-of-the-art adhesive coating line, new ERP & CRM software, energy efficient lighting, air, and water systems, and upgraded environmental controls for its mixing and coating operations.
According to Arlon President Ron Hopkins, “Strong demand for new products, recent marketing initiatives, expansion of exports, and the success of our lean manufacturing deployment has resulted in sales growth of over 50% since the 2009 recession.  Our main coating lines run 24/7 and it is time to invest in order to support our global growth ambitions.”
