Spicers has launched an online store offering trade customers the option to conveniently shop online from their vast product range, with the aim to save customers’ valuable time.

From their tailored account, customers can request quotes, check stock availability instantly, and place orders directly off the local warehouse floor twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Development of the online store began last year, stemming from customer feedback that showed a keenness to explore additional purchasing options. The full Spicers product range is available in the store, including commercial papers, sign & display, digital media, industrial packaging, and more.
Currently, more than three hundred customers are benefiting from the convenience and transparency that the online store provides, and this is reflected in the growth of online sales exceeding one million dollars in the past few months.
“Online shopping is a reality in our society and we are making sure that our customers can access our whole range of paper and printing supplies at the touch of a button. We are also looking at developing mobile ‘apps’ to fit with the latest technologies. Spicers have placed particular focus on the search capabilities of the store, developing a system that flags stock availability and suggests alternatives or related items if a product is unavailable. The online store is so personalised it even includes the customers’ specialised pricing arrangements. Customers also have the ability to access and clone up to twelve months of their order history.
Spicers’ experienced customer service team continues to be available to those customers who prefer to place their orders via phone or email, or for online store users who need additional assistance.
