Starleaton Digital Solutions is about to receive its first containers of Neschen Solvoprint Easy Dot PE100 printable self-adhesive film in 1370mm x 50 metre rolls. 250 metre rolls for the Scitex Turbojet and other grand format, high output devices will be available in the coming month.
Easy Dot is a remarkable interior signage substrate in that the adhesive is applied in a dot-pattern which eliminates the occurrence of air-bubbles and wrinkles because the air escapes through the air-channels between the dots. Easy Dot can be quickly applied to glass, laminates, and plastics in fact any flat surface were superior removability is required. It is particularly useful for exhibition displays where ‘shell’ walls can be covered in colourful graphics, but removed without leaving any residue when the exhibition is over and retail applications where the cost of an install team is just not viable.

Easy Dot is a monomeric PVC material that comes in white gloss or matte and also clear versions. It prints using Solvent, Eco-Solvent, UV Cure and Latex inks
Ben continued, “As the name implies, using Neschen Easy Dot is easy. Downloadable ICC profiles facilitate printing accurate, vivid colours and the application, like the removal, is a breeze. It’s one of those great products where you say “why didn’t anyone think of that before now?”
