M&R is pleased to announce the addition of the new Diamondback XL to M&R’s extensive line of automatic textile presses.
M&R claim the new Diamondback XL has set a new standard in affordable larger-format entry-level automatic textile printing.
With its huge 51 x 53 cm print area and the ability to print up to 9 colours, Diamondback XL offers more versatility for the price than any other automatic press on the market. Its servo-driven indexing system provides outstanding performance, while its pneumatic print heads can accept screens up to 66 x 91 cm. Also included is M&R’s patented Revolver Print Program, which automatically operates individual printheads in programmed sequence and allows multiple flashing without losing a printing position.
Diamondback XL is available in either base or enhanced configuration. Both models feature a touch-screen control panel, side screen holders with micro-registration, calibrated squeegee and floodbar pressure adjustment, M&R’s three-point pallet leveling bracket with quick release, calibrated rear stroke length adjustment, and 41 x 56 cm pallets.
Enhanced Diamondback XL models add pneumatic screen frame locks, pneumatic squeegee/floodbar locks with no-tools angle adjustment, and pneumatic squeegee pressure regulators.
