Deadline for Anitech Industry Legend 2010 postponed until 20 August 2010.
With nominations coming from all corners of the country, Anitech has decided to extend the closing date for nominations for the Anitech Industry Legend 2010 until 20 August 2010 to allow entrants a better opportunity to prepare their nominations.
Launched last month by Anitech, the Anitech Industry Legend 2010 is an opportunity to recongise the leaders in the large format graphic print industry by recognising their contribution to business, the industry and the wider community.
“We are keen to recognise the people who are making real contributions to our industry and society, but whose commitment and generosity often goes un-noticed,” says Anitech’s Barry Grant.
“Already, we area aware of a number of people who wish to nominate colleagues for this Award, however they have made us aware that it has been taking them some time to gather the information they need to adequately illustrate the nominees’ achievements and contributions.
“Just being nominated for the award by a friend or colleague in the industry is, in itself, quite an honour, and we want to ensure that as many people as possible get the opportunity to submit the people they consider to be ‘legends’ – and to give them enough time to do so.”
To nominate a friend, colleague or mentor, go to www.anitech.com.au and download an entry form. Completed forms, together with any other supporting material – for instance, details of a charity or community group, or further information about your nominee’s achievements – should be sent to Anitech Industry Legend 2010, c/- PO Box 2005, Mount Waverley, Victoria, 3149, to be
received no later than Friday 20 August, 2010.
Judging will take place at the start of September and the winner will be announced at Darling Harbour during VIIE in September.
