Roland DG Australia has recently unveiled their new look service vehicles.
These vehicle wraps are the first of their kind, being printed with the award winning ESL3-MT Eco Solvent Metallic ink.
"Metallic ink is an exciting development and has opened up many new opportunities for our customers" said John Wall, Sales & Marketing Manager, Roland DG Australia. The world's first metallic eco-solvent ink was released in late 2009 for the SOLJET PRO III XC-540MT printer/cutter. After winning a prestigious DPI award for Best Ink in 2009, Roland DG also released the revolutionary new VS-640 in 2010 with the metallic ink option.
David McDowell and his team of vehicle wrappers from Graphics Adhesion were all very impressed by the performance of the metallic ink. "This was the first experience we have had with the metallic ink and overall we were very impressed with performance of the ink which stretched well and had no problems with heating," said David.
The recently expanded Roland DG service fleet is an integral part of the customer support program - Roland DG Care. Roland DG Service Engineers travel hundreds of kilometers each week to visit customers, provide technical advice and perform regular maintenance as part of the Roland DG's extended warranty program.
