Focus will be on enhancing productivity, quality and versatility with the new VUTEk MediaMaster.
EFI will be displaying a comprehensive portfolio of digital UV printing products at FESPA, but a must-see highlight will be the all-new VUTEk MediaMaster.
EFI’s fully-automated material handling system will be put through its paces alongside the high-productivity superwide VUTEk GS3200. Equipped to handle full-size 1.6 x 3.2 metre boards and also master multiple smaller boards across the width of the printer with precision, MediaMaster’s hands-free productivity optimizes production time, and delivers greater profitability.
Simon Trytell, EFI Australia’s inkjet sales manager says that the MediaMaster system also lowers overhead costs by allowing one operator to efficiently run two VUTEk printers simultaneously, or focus on the output capabilities of the printer without having to keep up with the faster printing modes of the GS3200. ‘The easy cart system streamlines the print-to-finishing workflow, allowing the operator to wheel the printed product to a cut or shipping station,’ says Trytell. ‘The MediaMaster enables users to fully utilize the maximum speed of the GS3200, and will help drive the analogue to digital transition in the screen print market where productivity is crucial.’
EFI’s local distributor DES will be handling the MediaMaster. “I think any printer serious about superwide printing should be visiting the EFI stand at FESPA to see first-hand, not only the MediaMaster but EFI’s portfolio of digital print solutions, including the VUTEk, Rastek and Jetrion digital printers, as well as the Fiery RIPs and Print MIS,’ says Phillip Burns, grand format business development manager for DES. Both Burns and DES MD, Ian Clare, will be on the EFI stand.
EFI and DES are also inviting exhibition visitors from ANZ to come along to a special ‘bier und canapés’ event on Thursday, 24 June from 5.30-7.30 pm. Registrations can be made at www.des-pl.com.au. You can find EFI in Hall B1, Stand 120.
