PrintFactory's DFlux, a modular automation solution that streamlines large format print production will be on show at FESPA on the Four Pees stand.

At Fespa, Four Pees will show its new product PrintFactory DFlux for the first time to the Large Format Printing market. PrintFactory DFlux is a new automation solution based on Enfocus and callas software technologies that takes repetitive tasks out of the hands of the operator, increasing efficiency and reducing errors.

PrintFactory DFlux, further extends the PrintFactory v4 philosophy of being more than just a RIP, by providing a full production automation platform and an easy-to-use interface to automate any action, from file reception and routing, file standardization, PDF checking and correction, to file delivery or output. PrintFactory DFlux interacts with applications such as Adobe Creative Suite and supports automatic file standardisation of a vast series of incoming file formats. This greatly reduces the amount of errors and file make-ready time.

PrintFactory DFlux comes with predefined, practical, and usable flows that help large format production companies getting a head start in implementing automation within their organization. These flows automate anything from a specific action, such as file conversion to PDF, to an entire process such as the file and color standardization of incoming files.

The optional modules in PrintFactory DFlux include:

•Output Automation: InDesign Server based high-volume output automation of PDF and other publishing file formats.
•Color Standardisation: A set of DeviceLink profiles to standardize color of campaigns on different media
•Image Optimisation: An automatic image optimization module that standardizes and improves the quality of images, even inside PDFs.
