HP today announced a special promotion exclusively for Print Service Providers (PSPs) from Asia Pacific in conjunction with IPEX 2010 that will be held in Birmingham, England.

PSPs who are not attending IPEX are also eligible to enter the promotion as long as they register with HP.

HP will be giving away four of the latest HP Mini 5102 laptops to lucky PSPs.  In order to qualify for the promotion: PSPs can register with HP and complete the registration form via www.hp.com/apac/hpipex. Registration has to be completed on or before 31st May 2010. After registration, PSPs will be contacted by HP representatives to get privileged access (Seats for privileged access are limited and will solely be on a first come first serve basis) to HP_laptopHP activities that are taking place concurrently with IPEX 2010 including:

• HP Indigo breakfast club:  Held daily from 19th to 25th May 2010 - start the day at IPEX having casual conversations with HP Indigo experts and industry analysts. Have light breakfast, networking opportunities and join in on market segment focused discussions from commercial printing, photo, books and publications, direct mail and transpromo, and labels and packaging.
• HP Customer Seminar: An interactive and engaging knowledge-sharing/best-practices seminar that will be held on 18th May 2010 where you can meet leading industry experts and explore the state of the printing industry, current trends and new frontiers, followed by a tour of the HP IPEX booth.
• Customer site visits: See real-life print applications from labels and packaging, commercial, photo, transpromotional, publishing and signage printing segments. Site stops include London, Birmingham, Mansfield and more.
• Daily Guided Booth Tours: Have first-hand experience at a real production floor and learn more about the most innovative and effective customer applications across the entire HP digital printing portfolio.
• Voice of Customers Kiosks: Meet successful PSPs who will share their success secrets and how HP digital printing technologies helped transform their businesses.

Preview of HP Pavilion at IPEX 2010

PSPs who visit the HP Pavilion (booth 12-AB150) will get to experience a simulated production floor where “customers” can print a range of applications – from publications and personalised marketing materials to large format signage and photo specialty processes. The four production zones will represent the key growth areas for PSPs and other graphics professionals.
