Halifax Vogel Group (HVG) has added PLEXIGLAS – one of the world’s most versatile plastics – to its extensive range of decorative building products, securing distribution rights for the specialty acrylics range in Australia.
German manufacturer Evonik Industries has appointed HVG’s Building Products division as distributor of PLEXIGLAS SATINICE, PLEXIGLAS RADIANT, PLEXIGLAS truLED, PLEXIGLAS Gallery, PLEXIGLAS EndLighten and PLEXIGLAS Dual Colour, from March 2010.
PLEXIGLAS can be manufactured with many different functional properties and surfaces, offering high light transmission, light diffusion, sight screening, heat reflection, heat insulation and sound reflection.
Much more impact-resistant, yet lighter in weight than glass, the transparent plastic is ideal for a diverse range of indoor and outdoor applications, including interior design, lighting design, POP displays, signage and shopfitting.
