Brisbane based sign manufacturer, Simply Signs have recently taken delivery of their Agfa :Anapurna L UV printer.

Dave Walton, managing director of Brisbane based Simply Signs told Wide Format  Online that we wanted to add a UV printer to our portfolio of printers for some time. “We needed a hybrid printer that had the capability to print white and when we discovered that the :Anapurna can deliver both pre white, post white and white as a spot colour, we were sold.

“We are striving all the time to keep costs down for our clients and UV technology is a good way for us to achieve this. We now have the opportunity to print directly on to various types of substrates up to 40mm in thickness. This will save us a lot of time in the finishing process.

Gold Coast based Colourgrafix supplied the :Anapurna L to Simply Signs and will supply the support should it be needed.

"It is also nice for us to know that combined with the support from Colourgrafix we also have the support of the Agfa Graphics organisation should we need it.
