The new ColorPainter V-64s from Seiko I Infotech Inc. that was on show at PacPrint on the Anitech stand was only announced by Seiko a few weeks back.
Anitech were very quick to get this new model into Australia and have it on show.

Seiko say that the ColorPainter V-64s produces true 720 x 720 dpi printing resolution with CMYK and LcLm colors. The newly developed print head allows the printer to achieve the printing speed of 16sqm/h, the fastest speed in its class. Its capability of jetting higher pigment loading makes higher density and richer colour printing image possible.
The new EG-Outdoor EX mild solvent ink set has very low-odour which offers a better working and display environment while providing expanded media versatility, exceptional colour, faster dry times, higher glossiness and excellent outdoor lightfastness.
The V-64s features Smart Pass Technology, which enhances the beauty of the EG-Outdoor EX ink by eliminating or reducing pass-to-pass banding.
A free blower unit comes with the printer; it supports media drying and take-up at maximum productivity.
