Xanita and others are continuing to discover new uses for their eco friendly X Board, the latest is a clever and innovative art-canvas style frame.

Take a panel of 10mm or 16mm X-Board, direct image onto it using a flatbed UV inkjet printer.

xanita pic frame 1.pngPlace the printed panel face-down on a CNC cutting table fitted with both straight oscillating and bevel-cut knife blades. Cut two parallel, 90 degree bevel-cuts along all four sides of the board to allow the edges to fold back on themself, forming a frame.

The end result is a very-cost effective, 100% repulpable, art canvas style print requiring no canvas and no pine frame. Great for furnished rental properties, holiday homes, offices, schools, hospitals, retail stores and more.

Recycle the prints back into paper every 3 to 5 years if redecoration is required.

X-Board is made from post-consumer recycled paper waste and sugar cane bagasse, is distributed in Australia by Dalton Paper and in New Zealand by PSP Ltd.
