Following the success of the recent Women In Print breakfast in Canberra, where the growing ACT and regional community enjoyed a networking breakfast at  Instant Colour Press Conference Centre in Belconnen, focus is now on Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane to close out the series.

Stephanie says: “The highlights over the first four events include insights on developing resilience from Craig Harper in Melbourne, Sharon Gleeson shared simple strategies to build habits that stick in Perth, and the growing communities in Hobart and Canberra that came together for small intimate gatherings of connection."

Against an over-arching theme of Nourish to Flourish, the underlying theme for this year’s breakfast series has been health and WIP Rita Craig and StephRita Karagiannis (left) and WIP Chair, Stephanie Gaddin, flank the Melbourne breakfast's guest speaker Craig Harperwellbeing, looking at the importance of a ‘whole-of-life’ approach that considers both work and family life. It could not be more apt that this theme about how to ensure work/life balance has been discussed by Women in Print in multiple cities, when the topic of ‘working from home’ is very much under the spotlight in the current national election debate.

Stephanie notes: “In the context of this breakfast series, it’s all about exploring multiple facets of health and wellbeing, in particular how to maintain work/life balance even when you’re a sole trader or trying to run your own busy print shop.”

“Women in Print – in fact, I’ll go even broader than that: the printing industry – enjoys a strong sense of community and it is more important than ever to recognise how that positively supports and impacts the continued success of our industry.”

The 2025 Women in Print Breakfast Series is supported by various industry suppliers, associations and trade media.
