Mutoh's first entry into Print & Cut devices - the XpertJet C641SR Pro - has landed at its Sydney showroom, with the first bulk shipment due in January. Further demo models will be installed nationally at Mutoh dealer sites as expectations are high for this 60cm printwidth affordable 'pocket rocket.'
The new printer/cutter may be baby-sized at 60cm print width but it's packed with big-end features such as: Contour Cut for cutting through the surface layer of self-adhesive vinyl, leaving the backing intact or Through Cut: for cutting all the way through the surface and carrier layer, creating removable sections or perforated designs.
Perfect for stickers, decals, labels, signs, DTF textile and cut vinyl letters/numbers; the XPJ C641SR Pro is also fast, at 9.73 sqm/hr or 6.54 sqm/hy in production mode. A new printhead delivers up to 1200dpi resolution in CMYK and ink feed is from generous 220ml cartridges or 1Litre bags.
The eco-solvent MS31 inks deliver excellent vibrancy of colour and are durable. It comes bundled with Mutoh's award-winning VerteLith Rip software and is manufactures in Japan, to the same high emgineering standards as other Mutoh equipment.
The pricepoint is very competetive at around $12,000 inc. gst.
