At the recently concluded Labelexpo South China 2024 expo held in Shenzhen Dec. 4th-6th, Esko and Fiery (recently acquired by Epson), announced a partnership with HanGlobal/HanLabel to deliver a customized Digital Front-End (DFE) for the LabStar 330 series inkjet digital label presses.

HanGlobal's spread into inkjet digital label production has been boosted by the new partnership, which delivers top-level workflow, colour management and job ripping to the HanLabel 330s - a 330mm narrow web inkjet label press, running at 50mpm, currently in CMYK+W configuration but extendable to seven colours with two spot colours - and using multiple 600dpi Kyocera printheads. It is also available in hybrid configurations with Flexo. HanGlobal is known in Australia for its superwide corrugated inkjet machines, sold by Kissel+Wolf, who also represent the label press.
