The ANZ printing, packaging and signage industry is psyching up for its premier event from May 20th-24th 2025. Yes, PacPrint, together with Visual Impact, Labels & Packaging expo and the National Print Awards will be the 'Olympics' of our industry - which chimes well with the venue within Sydney Olympic Park. Andy McCourt takes a virtual tour of the aisles.

PacPrint25 logo monoThe latest December PacPrint Floorplan is looking good already - with 5 months to go before the expo opens. Here's a look around the aisles, in no particular order!

FUJIFILM - one of the larger stands from the great Japanese supplier of CtP, Prepress workflow, inks, chemistry and of course roll and flatbed wide format printers, along with both inkjet and toner digital presses in cut sheet and continuous feed confugurations. They've got it covered from Offset to Flexo to Digital!

SPICERS - With the largest double-stand, Spicers is an all-round supplier renowned for its papers for  Offset Litho, Flexographic and Digital applications. Labelstocks and inks. Spicers also has a good range of hardware from Epson, Mimaki, Roland and RollsRoller.

GRAPHIC ART MART - Another double-stand that will be full of over 60 brands of sign & graphics materials and hardware from HP, Mimaki, Roland, KeenCut, Rollover, Siser, YelloTools and more. Hey, they even have traditional Signwriter's paints, gold leaf and pens!

ROLAND DG - The first stand you see as you walk through the doors of PacPrint, Roland is also Platinum Sponsor of the show. A full range of roll printers, Print & Cut devices, stand-alone cutters, Direct-to-Object UV printers plus engraving and milling machines. A bedrock PacPrint/Visual Impact supporter, always with innovative products.

ROLLOVER - Sold and supported by Wilenco, this Norwegian precision manufacturer will again present its range of flatbed applicators, mounters and laminators. These are real profit-makers and labour-savers for busy sign shops, with many customers testifying to this.

HP - The US giant with a broad range of wide format and production print & packaging solutions. Famous for introducing Latex inks to the world, HP has strong environmental credentials and workflow that integrates print production to the fullest.

MIMAKI - The dynamic Japanese manufacturer of highly-regarded roll and flatbed printers, cutters, laminators, sublimation and 3D systems. The Mimaki stand is centrally located in the middle of the 'Dome' area of the showground at Olympic Park. Coverng solvent, UV, dye-sublimation and the new 'Trapis' Transfer Pigment System.

EPSON - The world-renowned brand and recent new owner of the Fiery range of print controllers and workstations. Epson never fails to amaze with its inventions and depth that includes printers for wide format, labels, textiles, office, photography and even POS receipt printers and image digitisation scanners!

MUTOH - Right next door to Epson is Mutoh, who has recently made waves with its very popular range of Direct-to-Object printers in A3+, A2+ and 1400 x 720mm sizes. Let's not forget Mutoh is also big in eco-solvent, sublimation, DTF and UV printers - all Japanese-built to the highest standards.

GULMEN DIGITAL - A welcome new exhibitor to PacPrint on a good-sized stand to show its very broad range of digital printing and finishing systems for Labels & Packaging. Born out of Gulmen Engineering, the company is expert in Flexographic and narrow-web and has been appointed as the Australian dealer for the superb Lombardi range of label presses.

ZUND AUSTRALIA - The iconic Swiss manufacturer of precision flatbed cutting sustems has established its own Australian operation for sales and support. Headed by the experienced Dale Hawkins, this will be its first PacPrint as an independent exhibitor. Welcome!

POZITIVE - Speaking of Swiss made equipment, this local dealer for swissQprint has a sizeable PacPrint presence. Pozitive also markets a good range of various print media and Epson, Roland and Mimaki hardware, not forgetting Heat Presses, Cutters and Laminators.

KONICA MINOLTA - The imaging giant was the first to introduce a B2 inkjet press and enjoys great success in the SRA3 cut-sheet sector and also toner digital label presses. Its office MFPs are highly regarded and, for wide format, the company resells HP Latex devices. It also has sensational digital embellishing equipment from MGI.

HEXIS - A loyal PacPrint/Visual Impact exhibitor famous for its 'Wrap Battles,' Hexis is back for PacPrint 2025. A consumables-only supplier, Hexis is famed for its SAV and fleet wrapping products. France-headquartered, Hexis is a big supporter of Formula 1 motorsport, with the Alpine team with Australian-born driver Jack Doohan.

AVERY DENNISON - Another consumables-only supplier with a very wide range of materials for signage, display, labeling, reflective, boat and veichle wrapping materials. Avery is also big in supply-chain visibility and consumer engagement using QR coded tags.

CELMAC - The all-Australian supplier of both its own agencies and wideformat from HP, ATP and Epson has its biggest-ever PacPrint stand. Celmac's German-made Aristo cutters are now owned by i-Echo so expect some news on this. US-made Digitech high-end flatbed systems have been a huge success with customers such as SS Signs in Brisbane - expect more at PacPrint. Also some new products that we can't talk about!

MULTIICAM - Multicam Systems supplies CNC flat bed routers, routing machines and tables for signage as well as woodworking, aluminium, POS, aerospace, metal, engraving and solid surface machining. This 100% Australian owned compant supplies a wide range of CNC routing machines to industries throughout Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and Oceania.

GJS MACHINERY -  A supplier of a great range of DTG, DTF, Screen process and finishing equipment and everything associated with it including cutters and heat presses. The Brother DTG dealer, GJS also supplies Epson and Roland.

STICK ON SIGNS - A sign maker themselves, this company introduced the Dimense wallpaper printer into Australia, and is also dealer for Massivit 3D printers, Neschen Laminators and other equipment. As a sign maker and installer, they really understand customer requirements.

PRINT IQ - New Zealand founded and now US-owned PrintIQ made a name for itself with unique and intuitive cloud-based workflow and MIS, covering all forms of print - Offset, Flexo, Labels, Packaging, Wide format. A Gold sponsor of PacPrint.

PAPER HANDLING EQUIPMENT - PHE has long supported the PacPrint expo with a range of terrific equipment for folding, cutting, drilling, collating, laminating, perforating - in fact anything to do with finishing and binding blocks of printed paper! The job's not finished until it's finished - with PHE.
