Celmac continues to enjoy high growth, driven by a strong ethos of customer service, leading brands and dedicated staff. The Celmac team is now one stronger, with the experienced Mark Rixon joining in a national role, based from Brisbane.
Mark Rixon has over 14 years of experience in technical support and troubleshooting for wide format and the graphic arts, with particular strength in colour management. He is also profficient in project management and workflow optimization, with a comprehensive understanding of the entire graphic arts production process.
Starting with industry supplier DES in 2010, Mark acquired his vast experience in customer support roles, most recently with a distributor who entered administration earlier in 2024.
Although based at Celmac's Brisbane office working alongside Qld state manager Matt Hall, Rixon will be avaialble for nationwide customer support.
Celmac Managing Director Wayne McIntyre (pictured R) says: "Having Mark on staff will add significantly to our range of services whilst partnering with print operations across Australia. It will also help position the business for planned product introductions and further growth."
