Effective from July 2024, changes have taken place in the management of ORAFOL: Dr. Sylvia Lucht assumes the role of Executive Vice President EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, including India). Randall Mertz takes on the role of Executive Vice President Americas (Canada, USA, South America). In our region, Alex McClelland was already announced as Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan) in May.

Orafol logo The internationalisation activities of the ORAFOL Group have traditionally aimed at strengthening the value chain and ensuring the long-term independence. Consequently, Orafol has made the largest investment in technological redundancy of its main production sites in Europe and the USA since its founding, spanning the period from 2022 to 2024. The goal is to further develop the traditional production network to ensure that global market regions are not critically dependent on one another in the future.

To continue positioning “Made by Orafol” successfully worldwide in this environment, Orafol is simultaneously implementing structural changes in its management. For the three market regions where Orafol is active and has subsidiaries, central personnel responsibilities have been established.

Dr. Sylvia Lucht has additionally assumed the role of Executive Vice President EMEA as of July 1st. In this role, Dr. Lucht oversees the strategic business development of Orafol in the regions of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.

Randall Mertz has additionally assumed the role of Executive Vice President Americas as of July 1st and oversees the business development of the Orafol Group in Canada, the USA, and South America.

In May 2024, Alex R.J. McClelland was appointed Orafol's Executive Vice President Asia Pacific. He is additionally responsible for strategic business development in the Asia-Pacific region.
