Ball & Doggett will acquire SA Print Supplies from owners Paul Sayner and Vince Maio. Agreement has been reached, with a completion date set for the end of December 2023. SA Print Supplies will be absorbd into Ball & Doggett's Adelaide operation.
End of an era for SA Print Supplies, but the beginning of a new one
As Australia’s largest distributor of printable materials and consumables, this acquisition further solidifies Ball & Doggett’s commitment to the South Australian Print, Packaging and Label market.
SA Print Supplies is a privately owned and operated business run by Paul Sayner and Vince Maio distributing a wide range of graphics and consumable products to the South Australian Print, Packaging and Label market including Rollers, Inks, Blankets, Press Chemistry and other consumables.
Ball & Doggett believes combining the strengths of both businesses provides sustainable long-term value to both suppliers and the South Australian market.
Owner Paul Sayner will join the Ball & Doggett business in a Sales and Management role and the business will be fully integrated into the Ball & Doggett site in Beverley over the Christmas period and fully operational trading as Ball & Doggett from 2nd January, 2023 onwards.
All supplier payments up to and including Dec 2023 will be paid by SA Print Supplies. All new purchase orders from 2nd January will be placed by Ball & Doggett.
