HP has introduced HP Vital, a new portfolio of monomeric adhesive vinyl and laminates that delivers “durability, performance and consistent image quality worthy of the HP name at an economical price.”
“We want to offer a vinyl that is competitively priced and perfect for printing high-impact signs, advertising, decals, short-term graphics and event displays with the HP brand quality,” says Shaun Jaycox, product manager for HP Large Format Media.
“The HP Vital line produces superb print quality and are REACH compliant and flame-resistant—adhering to strict health and safety standards and providing environmental assurance,” says a company press release. “HP engineers their printers, ink and media to work together seamlessly as a system providing ease-of-use and reliable results with every print.”
The portfolio consists of:
- HP Vital Gloss CP– a monomeric adhesive vinyl with clear, permanent adhesive and a gloss finish.
- HP Vital Matte CP– a monomeric adhesive vinyl with clear, permanent adhesive and a matte finish.
- HP Vital Matte GR– a monomeric adhesive vinyl with grey, removable adhesive for maximum coverage and a matte finish.
- HP Vital Gloss GR– a monomeric adhesive vinyl with grey, removable adhesive for maximum coverage and a gloss finish.
- HP Gloss Monomeric Overlaminate– a protective overlaminate with UV and graphic protection and a gloss finish.
- HP Matte Monomeric Overlaminate– a protective overlaminate with UV and graphic protection and a matte finish.
