Andrea Trumble, marketing manager for Pozitive Sign & Graphic Supplies, has been appointed to the board of supplier association Visual Connections, replacing HP's Jeremy Brew, who recently stepped down due to other commitments.

Trumble, voted onto the board at its recent meeting, brings “a wealth of expertise in everything from industrial design and engineering to events, account management and marketing, to her new role,” said Visual Connections.
“Andrea’s appointment adds someone with an impressive depth of knowledge, and helps maintain the balance between print, sign and display suppliers, as well as between global players and the smaller, family-owned businesses who make up such an important part of our industry,” added John Wall, president, Visual Connections.
Trumble has a long connection with Visual Connections through her role in events including PacPrint and Visual Impact for Pozitive and others. She says she’s delighted to join the supplier association.
“I have always believed that having a strong, representative voice at association level is vitally important, for both industry businesses and for suppliers.
“As someone who has been involved in this diverse sector for many years, I have seen and appreciated the work Visual Connections has done with expos, events and education – a subject which I consider particularly important – and the way they cooperate so closely with other industry associations to drive benefits for both suppliers and consumers.
“I look forward to working with the board and the operational team to continue that united front, in the strong belief that working together on projects which benefit all is the best way to build a strong and successful industry into the future.”
Wall said the evolution of the board continued to ensure fair and diverse representation, and new members were always welcomed for their new ideas and perspectives.
