HP recently gathered its APAC channel sales partners together in Singapore, for the first time since the pandemic and for the official release of the new HP Latex 2700. Also on the agenda was the presenting of awards for outstanding achievement. Local reseller Celmac was there and on the receiving end of a high accolade.

Running from 1st to 3rd November in Singapore, HP’s ‘Reignite the Market’ Channel Partners event was the first such post-pandemic gathering. Resellers from all over Asia-Pacific and Oceania, including Australia’s Celmac, attended the conference to discuss new products, market movements, performance etc.
Attending for Celmac were David Watt, Scott Shadwell and Liz Ramirez, who were delighted to be presented with the ‘HP Large Format Pro best overall sales partner of the year 2022’ award.
The annual Reseller and Partner event was centred around the launch of the HP Latex 2700 series of 3.2m wide latex printers, as reported here in October.
Celmac took the top prize for the entire Asia Pacific region, for the most combined sales of low-volume and mid-volume Latex printers. While a Japanese HP reseller won the low-volume latex award and another channel partner won in the mid-volume Latex category; Celmac won the combined low- and mid-volume sector.
“It’s a fantatstic achievement by the team,” said a Celmac company spokesperson,”and we are very proud and honoured to have been awarded by HP in this way.”
