Active Displays' surplus kit is up for auction, along with Concept Displays'

Following IVE’s acquisition of Active Displays in October 2021, all surplus equipment is being auctioned off online by Gollant Auctioneers in partnership with Peter Brand’s National Auctioneers & Valuers. In addition to roll, flatbed and screen printers, there is a host of logistic equipment such as fork lifts and even some cricket and AFL memorabillia.

Kongsberg cutter IVE acquired Active Displays, and AFI Branding last October, adding around $6.5 million in revenues to the ASX- Epson SP11800 listed company’s tally and strengthening its position in POS and signage. Now, the surplus digital, analogue and logistics equipment is being auctioned online, closing on February 16^th. All Active and Concept equipment can be inspected in situ on Monday 14^th February between 10am and 3pm and all bidding is online on Gollant's web platform.

Some equipment is also being auctioned on behalf of Concept Displays at a different location. For inspection and collection purposes, the majority is at Active Displays, 7 Miles St, Mulgrave, Vic and 40 of the 194 lots including the sports memorabillia is at Concept Displays, 29 Northgate Drive, Thomastown, Vic. Bidding is already underway and all bidders need to register on the Gollant Auctioneers website. A 16% buyer premium and GST will be added to all winning bids.

Heidelberg cylinder It is important to note that collection of all won equipment must be completed between 18th and 25th February. Cleared payment must be received before any goods can be collected.
