Following the postponement of the auction to consider offers for the whole business, the Administrators, O'Brien Palmer, were unable to rescue the company by a sale of the business as going concern and the assets will be sold by online auction, run by Neil Schiller's Liquid Asset Management.

The postponed Craftech auction is now back on, with a week extension on the closing date to noon on Wednesday September 23rd. As a gesture of goodwill, the Buyer's Premium, typically +15-20% on top of final bid price for equipment auctions, is only 10%.

Craftech's equipment list is impressive and includes a rare 2014 Zund (Oce) Procut G3 2XL oversize flatbed cutter with a table size of 2740mm x 3200mm. Two other Zund cutters are also up for bids, both 2500mm models.
The flatbed UV printers are all Oce (now Canon) Arizonas, including two 6170XTS 7-colour models with maximum bed size of 2500mm x 3005mm. There is also an earlier, 2011 model, Arizona 550XT 5-colour with white, with same bed size but a little slower. All equipment was in production up until recently. An HP Latex 360 7-colour roll printer is also in the sale.
Apart from the sign print production equipment there are print consumables, numerous office and mechanical support items, tools, storage, pallet racking, pallet trucks, a forklift and Toyota Ute.
Bidders must register to place bids online and all winning bids must be settled by 4pm Friday 25th September. Goods won must be collected by winning bidder or their carriers, no freight is included and paid for equipment must be picked up between 9am and 4pm on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th September only.
