Adelaide sign business Swift Signs has gone into administration and the first meeting of creditors will be held next week. The move comes months after the company faced a winding up order application by one of its creditors, Ramair Packaging.

Swift Signs, based in Adelaide’s inner eastern suburb of Stepney - and not to be confused with Swift Signs of Melbourne - was established in 2009 by director Luke Knight. It offers a full range of signage work, including large format digital printing, vehicle graphics, shop fronts, banners, light boxes, and real estate signs.

The company remains open for business as usual as the administrative process gets underway.

Administrator Trent McMillen of Sydney-based MaC Insolvency, appointed on Sunday 20 October, has called the first meeting of creditors for Tuesday 29 October at Level 21, 25 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Meeting time: 12:15 PM (Adelaide) / 12:45 PM (Sydney).

McMillen has called on creditors to submit for proof of debt and proxies by 5:00pm on Friday, 25 October.
