US based Graphics One has launched the GO EcoMax 44 Printer, a 112cm (44-inch) high performance printer designed to use the Sepiax 'direct-to-anything' green ink for apparel transfers and wide format indoor and outdoor applications.

The printer addresses the increasing demand of customers who wants to produce XL-XXL sized apparel transfer images and designs. The GO EcoMax 44 uses the new upgraded formulation of the Sepiax water-based resin ink which adheres to United Nations' GHS standards to promote a truly 'green' product that focuses on protecting human life and the overall environment against toxic materials. The new Sepiax formulation uses no eco-solvent, no Graphics OneHAPs, no SVHS and eliminates the need for MSDS sheets, in addition to the ability to print on virtually any substrate, including both coated and uncoated medias.

The GO EcoMax 44 print-n-cut system offers a unique print-n-cut capability that is perfect for the XL-XXL sized apparel transfer industry. It is the only printer that uses the GO OT stretchable transfer film, an OEKO-TEX standard compliant high performance transfer film that is perfect for transferring bright colourful images and designs onto light and dark fabrics. In addition, The printer provides an optional high performance and high precision 122cm (48-inch) easy to use contour cutter at a very competitive and value price point, plus it includes a powerful, intuitive and specially designed RIP software from Wasatch.

Jon Gripp, GO East Coast Channel Manager, said, 'Expanding on the successful and the increasing popularity of the GO EcoMax 61cm (24-inch) 'green' platform, the GO EcoMax 44 printer provides customers the ability to produce XL-XXL sized transfer images and designs for their apparel clothing businesses and also the ability to produce wide format indoor/outdoor applications. The potential business opportunities that the EcoMax 44 provides is really quite tremendous. It is truly the 'greenest' and safest transfer printer in the world!'

GO’s EcoMax 44 printer comes with Sepiax starter (CMYK) ink set, refillable bulk ink system, EcoMax RIP software, and an optional high performance contour cutter for a print-n-cut system.
