Ian Parsonson, MD of Hexis Australia told Wide Format Online that Hexis Australia had a pile of entries for their design competition with some very interesting and amazing ideas.

"They certainly made our task to narrow down to a few finalists and then eventually pick out the winning design very difficult. We had both Australian and French judges with all designs presented as a blind submission.

"The judging panel was a mix of Hexis sales team, training and installation Hex’perts and our French marketing team, so we had a variety of reasons why each favoured their top pick.

"It was interesting to see slight variances between the 3 groups (4 judges from each) as to who liked what based on visual, graphic and installation processes.
"Our finalists all met the overall brief and the results and ideas were truly exciting. All top 10 designs were rated from 1 to 10 and points tallied to find our eventual winner with very close voting across the board."

Parsonson emphasised “We loved the enthusiasm from those that entered and it was great to involve the designers from our industry as that creative flair is what keeps it fresh and new every day. We look forward to having the car wrapped and taking it around to show in the near future.”

Drum roll.......Our winner – by only 2 votes was Cam Gurnett of CRG Designs in Carrum Downs, Victoria

Hexis will publish the winning design and post photos once thr wrap is finished.
