OKI Data Australia has announced the appointment of Tony Grima as Sales Director for Australia.

Tony GrimaBased in Sydney, Grima is responsible for leading OKI’s sales momentum, including channel partner development, distribution strategy and revenue growth.

Grima joins OKI with more than 15 years of management and sales industry experience. Most recently, Grima was Australia General Manager with Fuji Xerox Printers during which time he led the implementation of a new channel partner program, reconfigured the company’s sales pipeline and improved service levels.

Previously, Grima was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Oldfields, an ASX-listed innovative marketer, importer and manufacturer of a range of products which include scaffolding and painting accessories. During his three years with the company he oversaw operational management and implemented processes to maximise productivity, innovation, quality and customer service.

Prior, Grima held several management positions over a period of 13 years at global materials science and manufacturing company, Avery Dennison Corporation. These included including General Manager for Central Europe and General Manager for Australia and New Zealand. In both roles, he improved divisional turnover, managed programs to boost productivity and customer experience, and reinforced the fast tracking of product development in support of customer innovation.
