GJS announces availability of two new film-positive printer packages
GJS has announced the availability of two new printer packages for the creation of high-quality film positives that can then be used to produce screens for the screen printing process.
"These two new solutions represent a cost-effective way for screen printers to bring their film printing in-house, reducing turnaround time for the creation of screens and giving them more flexibility and control over the film positive creation process," said Greg Stone, Managing Director, GJS.
Both solutions utilise Epson printers and are offered for the first time in Australia with the industry leading AccuRIP Black Pearl SE RIP, allowing users to create high-quality, solid and halftone films up to 65 lines-per-inch (lpi) with high UV opacity and an exceptional black density.

AccuRIP Black Pearl SE RIP for Epson P800 and T3200
AccuRIP Black Pearl SE translates the PostScript data of a graphics file and readies it for printing on a non-PostScript device such as an inkjet printer to create a film positive. AccuRIP Black Pearl SE is accurate, easy to use and efficient. Engineered for both Windows and Mac and when matched with the UltraChrome inks in the Epson P800 or T3200 printers, this solution enables users to produce high-quality, solid and halftone films up to 65 lines-per-inch (lpi) with high UV opacity and an exceptional black density up to 4.0 Dmax.
Both film positive solutions are available to order now via the GJS website.
