My question to ask online forum is.
What would you do if the rep who supplied my printer
Slammed the lid/door on the printer so hard that he put the printer offline for 10 days
During a visit whilst in the full time employment of that company.

10 days of no work and no printing 100% caused by a careless rep from the company who supplied it .! :(

No they will not pay for their damage. I had to pay through MY extended warranty.
They also now.. deny they broke it even though all work done on it (which was virtually changing all changeable parts) has been recorded on the All Pages online reporting app for HP. and recordings of techs discussions..... It finally had to be fixed by HP Techs after 10 days of PT not being able to fix it.
We also have all reports and print outs from that time of all work done, with full reports from HP Techs.
They also wanted a full report to their insurance company about 5 months ago and no answer from them either, making me believe they may be lying about having an insurance policy for this at all.I thought I was sending all that info to their Broker. I guess FB is next and then QCAT as I have sent them a bill for work lost for time down due to their inept management and careless attitude ..
Sadly this company, PT STORE , has NO scruples in business at all and would suggest a wide berth if dealing with them from my personal experience
Anyone else had sub standard dealings with PT STORE ?

PT Store Burleigh. No they did not live up to the required standards and failed miserably on all counts.. I cannot believe HP would be associated with such an unprofessional and
No they could not fix it. I had to get HP to fix it....Which they did in just one visit. HP were extremely professional and knew their stuff.
The HP All pages app shows all the attempts they made to fix it and failed. (10 days)
I sent all details to a supposed insurance company on PT Stores request... that I doubt existed as it has been 6 months and I cannot contact the person claiming to be from that insurance company (no name of company was supplied only a name and now he does not answer either)
Now they are hiding and denying it even happened when there is a paper trail of what happened a mile long
To add insult to injury PT Store claimed their tech visits on MY insurance HP extended warranty
I guess they have no insurance to cover them if they are Vicariously Liable (as they are) I offered to settle but they now deny all knowledge.
Oh ... and I bought the printer from PT Store also.. $25,000 I guess they are just Box Droppers after all, as most people tell me.l. I would not recommend them to anyone as service and competence does not exist at that dump.
