(Mount Kuring Gai) Customer Relations / Sales Support

Are you passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer service experience and business results in a high volume, fast paced environment?
This is a hands on role, using your quick thinking problem solving ability, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing long-term relationships with some of our major clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and relevant teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet our customer's needs.
This role is suited to an individual who is highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously. You will work in a dynamic environment whilst being supported by a dedicated and professional team.
Experience within the large format digital print industry or previous account management experience with a print related background is desirable.
Main responsibilities
• Sales support and project management of major clients
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders
• Be the first point of contact for your portfolio
• Provide quotes to key stakeholders
• Coordinate projects from start to finish, creating competent and realistic timelines and expectations
• Create a structured approach between client, information, timing and execution
• Communicate clearly the progress of new initiatives and future changes
• Integration of new processes
• Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment
• Find quality solutions to problems in a timely manner
• Assist with high severity requests or issues
• Plan strategic growth through new areas and utilizing both parties client base and contacts
• Support both us and our client working on joint issues
• Responding to and turning queries, concerns and negotiations around in a timely manner
• Responding to quote requests using pricing guides to quote accurately
• Create a streamline approach to account managing
• Provide outstanding customer service.
Proven skills
• Proven account management or other relevant experience
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving ability. Ability to understand and support customer needs by offering customer focused solutions
• Punctual and Reliable
• Sound work ethic
• Efficiency in meeting tight deadlines
• Foresight – ability to forecast problems and generate valid solutions
• Professional and respectful
• Ability to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
• Pro-active.
Must have experience in the Print Industry as a strong understanding of print management is essential.
