Mutoh Industries is pleased to announce the launch of its highly anticipated new Australian Subsidiary, Mutoh Australia Pty Ltd.

The move by Mutoh Industries to establish its own Subsidiary company with headquarters in Sydney has actually been in place for some time. However, the news of Omnitech’s decision to go into voluntary Liquidation has meant that Mutoh Australia has had to commence operations ahead of the planned schedule.

The unfortunate events surrounding the operations of Omnitech Graphics, has meant that the transfer of distributorship to Mutoh Australia has had to take place far sooner than planned. Fortunately, Mutoh Australia’s plans are well advanced so they are ready to take-on the extra challenge.

The question now is how will Omnitech’s departure affect Mutoh’s clients in Australia?

For clients and owners of Mutoh equipment it is business as usual. Mutoh Australia have a great network of factory trained technicians and dealers across Australia. All factory warranties remain.  In the short term there have been some concerns about the supply of inks and spares parts but Mutoh Australia has been able to respond to all inquiries it has received to date while continuing to finalise the back office and procedures needed to run a smooth operation from April.

Mutoh wants to assure all their clients they have nothing to worry about.

The establishment of Mutoh Australia has all the backing of Mutoh Japan, the company supporting the new entity with considerable resources and personnel. Three of the four Directors of Mutoh Australia are from Mutoh’s operations in Japan and includes (insert name) the Chairman of Mutoh Holding Ltd.,
